Welcome to Oversees ("Company," "we," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, applications, and cloud-based software-as-a-service platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Oversees is a cloud-based SaaS platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service strictly for your business operations. You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oversees and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use and, where applicable, request a refund in accordance with Section 11.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information, the materials and content on Oversees may include errors or be out of date. We do not guarantee completeness or currentness and may update or modify content at any time without notice.
Oversees may include links to third-party websites, integrations, or services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms.
We may modify or update the Service, including adding or removing features, and we may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state or city where the Company is incorporated in India. (If Oversees incorporates in another jurisdiction later, this section may be updated.)
If you create an account on Oversees, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Your use of the Service is subject to our standalone Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices. We may process, store, and transfer data across international borders in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
We collect information you provide directly (e.g., account registration, subscription, support requests) and automatically (e.g., usage data, IP address, device and browser information). Payment processors collect financial/payment details as required to complete transactions.
We use data to provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processors), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

We want you to be satisfied with Oversees. The following refund terms apply to subscriptions purchased directly from Oversees.
If you are using a free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
First-time subscription payments made directly to Oversees may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of the initial charge. Refund eligibility may be subject to review to prevent abuse.
Refunds are not available for renewals after the first 30 days, charges older than 30 days, or accounts found to be in violation of these Terms. If you purchased via a third-party reseller or payment provider, the reseller's refund policy may apply.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@oversees.app with your account details and reason for the request. We will review and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
